Knowledge of escrow standards in accordance with RESPA regulations and ensuring that full compliance is met on all real estate matters. Manage, train, and oversee support staff on real estate closing process.In cooperation with our affiliated title insurance agency, Spectrum Title Co., Inc., Chung & Press provides complete settlement services for residential and commercial transactions.
