Currento Drive innovation by identifying areas of improvement in the production methods /processes for improvement.o Implementation of Quality Observation Application and PRP.o Assure compliance of all the laid down protocols across production and related processes through continuous follow ups to assure the customer that the product quality conforms tothe set certification guidelines using the set checklists.o Assure preparation of harvesting product profiles and distribution to the production areas and that the product quality conform to the approved product profiles to guarantee customer satisfaction.o Assure appropriate postharvest conditions are maintained.o Ensure that any customer remarks received is communicated to the respective sections, corrective actions agreed upon and giving feed back to the customer.o Compile quality issues for various production units which enhance in compiling the internal report.o Ensure that the imports received are inspected for quality, documentation checked, and process the incoming planting material for sticking/planting material.o Assure preparation of purity check catalogues to guarantee that the materials produced are true to type and communicate any purity issues.o Assure treatment, supply and ascertains analysis of production and drinking water quality as per the set guidelines.o Train and evaluate the Quality Assurance team to identify areas of learning and development.o Preparation of periodic and ad hoc production reports and disseminating the information to the relevant stakeholders. o Ensure that the labor allocation for the Quality Assurance personnel is well planned and labor hours submitted to operations for timely payments. o Ensure that any documents on quality in various production processes are duly filled and approved on time for audit reasons. o Enforce HSE rules and regulations and champion the implementation of Syngenta HSE policy and standards.
