CurrentImplementation and maintanance of process in the Shared Service Center at MSC. Management especialized people and teams on service line; Ensure the correct applicability of procedures in the department; Work on process continuos evolution. Keep an active communication with our clients to report the scenario and status of the teams; Develop reports to the manager and control the clusters, create KPI and data analyzes. Certify the correct registration of on system knowm as TMS; Guarantee the achievements of turning aroung time of bookings, charges applicabilities and also payment terms of any charge applied on bookings; Be responsible for deliver all the demand agreed; Coordinate trainings, follow-up the staff performance searching for engage strengths nd improve their weakness; and more
