Providing technical expertise during critical equipment overhauls, such as compressors, pumps, and extruders.Monitoring the performance of plant equipment, analyzing data, and generating monthly maintenance reports for the LLDPE plant.Conducting technical bid analysis for engineering spare parts.Engaging in vendor development activities.Active involvement in the Quality Development Team and ISO compliance-related tasks:Facilitating Critical Task Observations based on the departmental calendar and documenting conformance/non-conformance.Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMPs) for mechanical equipment.Assisting in the preparation and modification of departmental procedures and work instructions.Generating monthly/half-yearly documents for the performance analysis of identified ISO processes.Preparing other ISO compliance documents at the required frequency.SAP Exposure:Maintaining troubleshooting and breakdown history, along with cost tracking through Notification Processing and Order Processing.Creating materials for spare parts procurement and generating Service Purchase Requisitions (PR) for contractual jobs.Analyzing material issue data.Safety Initiatives:Leading safety initiatives, including the development and maintenance of Task Risk Assessments (TRA) to ensure a safe work environment, compliant with ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001.Identifying critical tasks within job roles and creating Aspect & Impact Registers for Man, Machine, and Environment. Recommending appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMPs).Conducting Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and implementing recommended safety measures into work practices.IT Exposure:Proficiency in SAP PM & MM module transactions.Familiarity with MS-OFFICE applications, including MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Project.Knowledge of AutoCAD.

Modification and installation of new equipment including Reactor and Extruder as part of the Project SUPERMAX at the LLDPE plant. Strict adherence to Toyo piping specifications, Technimont codes, API plans, and ASME codes.Erection of pipelines, thorough line checks, hydrotesting, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities at both the LLDPE and NCU (Hot and Cold Areas) plants.Establishment of functional locations and equipment numbers for newly installed equipment, along with the development of maintenance plans and schedules.Creation of Bill of Materials (BOM) for critical equipment.Provision of high-quality education and training to engineers and officers in the role of a Quality Education and Training (QES) facilitator.
