My primary job is to research, identify, and develop new opportunities for my company. This includes finding new customers and new applications for our existing product lines as well as working to find new lines that will fit with our current product mix and expertise. Developing strong relationships with key accounts has also been a priority, both with customers that are currently expanding as well as with companies that show strong potential for growth in the future. We have successfully returned to the metalworking industry recently, adding personnel and high quality product lines, and currently are at work expanding into the carbon fiber industry.As GTI is a small company, I have also been responsible for managing our IT systems. We have made significant upgrades to our systems and capabilities, moving to Salesforce CRM, adding Pardot marketing automation, moving to a modern ERP system, and completely redesigned the GTI website with an eye towards simplicity and integration with Saleforce/Pardot.

My primary responsibility was the sales of semiconductor process equipment and multi wire saws throughout North America, Europe, Russia, and Israel. During this time we had a strong focus on sapphire and monocrystalline silicon carbide, materials crucial to the production of high-brightness white and blue LEDs; our technology to efficiently slice these materials helped drive costs down for our customers and advance the adoption of solid state lighting. I also worked to expand our market in Russia and Europe, for both wire saw and multi-wire saws.
