I have recently completed my CompTIA A+, Network+ and Security+ certifications . When I finish school I would have completed four certificates including Microsoft's Windows 7.This is a new endeavor for me so the question of what I want to do specifically in the IT field is somewhat up in the air, however; the notion of building and maintaining networks sounds rather intriguing to me.My previous work required a lot of hands on learning and excellent troubleshooting skills which I believe I possess. I am capable of learning quickly and am able to retain and apply what I have learned. After having finished the four certificate program I believe receiving the proper training, whether it be on the job or as an internship, I possess and will have received all I need to succeed in the IT industry and am extremely excited to get started.

Installer... Installation of all 12v products e.g.; Car Stereo, Navigation, GPS Tracking, Bluetooth and Car Alarm Integration. Familiar with the use of all hand tools e.g.; wire strippers, crimpers, soldering irons as well as pneumatic tooling and multi-meters. Preformed the fabrication and installation of enclosures which required the use of power tools e.g.; table, skill and jig saws. Installation Manager...Worked the sales floor providing education and product knowledge to the customer so he or she can make an informed choice. Answering phones and making customer appointments. Ordering of all installation materials necessary to complete the job. Creating work orders describing work needed to be completed on any given car. Giving instruction to installers when needed for an accurate installation. Worked with customers to solve any problems he or she may be having with any of the products and services. Mobile Client Support...Worked on the road as the inspection and repair driver for insurance companies and body shops to assess damages to customer’s cars resulting from theft of equipment and or vandalism. Working with insurance adjustors on coverage’s to determine the proper equipment replacement. Troubleshooting all problems which may arise from theft or vandalism. Ordering of all replacement parts stolen or broken during the theft. Working with the customer to make sure all of his or her concerns are addressed and making sure the repairs meet their approval.
