Please, call me JP. I love exploring the creative space in forecasting and workforce management. I appreciate and love finding new tools and ideas to delve in to market seasonality, capacity challenges and mitigations, building tools to adapt to short term forecasting in both the market, industry, and thus, staffing to company needs so they can thrive in their respective markets. I originally began in sales and wanted to find efficiencies in allowing sales reps attain their maximum potential through analytics! My work allows me the exposure to web services and dashboards (Splunk, Tableay, BI, etc.) workforce management portals (Genesys suite, EWFM) and of course pushing through the plethora of options in MS Suite (excel, PowerPoint, etc.).In my own time, I trade and follow US markets. I find many parallels in evolving tech companies that allows me to see the reverberation in workforce management- basically cause, and effect! I believe this gives me a unique perspective and confidence in mitigations.Finally, my interests include art and music- I love to explore different and new artists and influences whenever I can.
