• Leads the identification and implementation of opportunities to harmonize systems, processes, tools, data models, integration, training, security and compliance for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and other applications to support standardization within the enterprise to achieve world class performance. • Coordinates roll-out of standard PLM, MES, ERP, and other applications processes and tools to other business sites, product lines, and programs throughout the enterprise through prioritization and road map development. • Leads site implementation engagements, develop transition plans for processes and data, and facilitate OCM (Organization Change Management) including communication and delivery. • Coordinates and maintains enterprise-wide templates and master data including Leidos standard Windchill Product Container template, Windchill Engineering Change workflow templates, Manufacturer identified in Windchill and Costpoint for Leidos parts under AML control, Certification Codes, Inspection Codes, etc. in Solumina.• Supports evaluation of manufacturability, make-buy analysis, and new program launches across the enterprise. • Provides manufacturing input to critical proposals and design manufacturing product architecture.
