Spearheading revenue growth, including incubating opportunities and developing strategic relationships, including Fee Builds, JV’s, and Built-To-Rent communities.Developing and implementing processes to achieve or exceed volume and revenue targets.Fostering strong work environment by undergirding Company culture and core values.Generating leads through comprehensive marketing plan including networking with engineers, land development companies, and local municipalities to identify acquisition opportunities and partnerships.Thinking forward to fill pipeline for company’s future needs, including SFR, multi-family, commercial, and flex space construction.Developing clear and dependable due diligence processes for all types of projects. Understanding benefits and risks associated with differing municipalities, geographical data, demographics, foundation types, etc.Clearly outlining process flow from “Contract through Closing.”Developing, Implementing and Maintaining a fool-proof financial underwriting model to be used by Acquisition Team.Developing and maintaining relationships with Banks, Private Institutions, Investment Groups, and Private Investors.Networking with investment groups and private investors. Raising private capital through Joint Venture Opportunities and/or SEC Fund.Creating and structuring JV and SEC Fund offerings, as applicable.
