My current responsibilities include the following:Work in unison with the client's assigned Client Advisor and vCIO to develop the best-fit solution for the client's business needs.* Design and implement solutions containing multiple technologies- Windows Server and MS Applications (e.g, Exchange, SQL, Lync, etc.)- Virtualization (Microsoft Hyper-V)- Networks (Switching, Firewalls, Wi-Fi)- Storage (SAN, NAS, DAS)* Provide Project Management for assigned projects- Develop an accurate project plan including phases, goals, and budgets- Manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion with budgetary requirements- Ensure that risks are identified, communicated, and mitigated and that projects are delivered successfully through to production- Communicate and coordinate with all necessary parties (client, support, sales team) to ensure a successful implementation* Provide IT support relating to project implementation* Provide IT support as a final (top level) escalation point for the other service delivery staff* Create and update documentation required for proper support and troubleshooting and handoff to the Shared Technical Services group for ongoing support* Maintain focus during high pressure and chaotic times and situations* Complete projects with minimal impact to client environments* Review IT publications and online materials to remain up-to-date with current and future technologies emerging in the industry

Perform system management and maintenance.Propose, plan and implement IT systems.Work with both cloud and locally hosted products. This can include backup systems, SaaS, IaaS and PaaS solutions.Recommend products and facilitate communication between clients and vendors.

• Lead job status meetings several times a week.• Assemble delicate optical, electronic and computer equipment for laser scanning systems.• Use oscilloscopes, function generators, digital multimeters and other equipment.• Read and understand system print packages that included configuration information and wiring diagrams done with AutoCAD or Microstation.• Configure TCP/IP settings for scanners and workstations.• Install and configure network printers• Configure various computer brands and models with any OS from NT4 to Windows 7, network settings, proprietary optimization and database software and generate hard drive images.• Configure and wire Hoffman style enclosures to hold computers, networking equipment, KVM switches/extenders and data acquisition hardware.• Assemble and install power panels.• Assemble and configure multiple models of laser scanning sensors and configure them to work with optimization software.• Provide technical support to USNR's product support group on our various sensors and workstation configurations.

Build electronic components for use in the automotive industry.Perform product testing to verify device integrity/operation.Purchase components, supplies and tools for electronics lab and engineering areas.Build and test custom wire harnesses.

Instruct students on numerous software programs from Microsoft, including Office and multiple operating systems.Instruct students in technical courses - A+, Network+ and help customize courseware chosen for a client's particular needs.
