• Headed implementation, customization and management of IDBI Bank's Mobile Banking, Whatsapp Banking, Retail Internet Banking, Corporate Internet Banking, Corporate Mobile Banking, IMPS, Omni Channel and Digital Branch channels.• Instrumental in launching of Next Gen IDBI GO Mobile app which lead to increase in the active user base of the app from 1 million to 4 million in one year keeping App rating consistently above 4.3/5.0 during the period.• Introduce Omni Channel Retail inet Banking and led the project of Branch automation based on the mobile banking architecture to provide Omni channel experience to the customer across the channels. • We launched industry first award winning most secured in-App OTP (Softoken) in our mobile app. Our IDBI GO-mobile app received almost 9 technology related awards during FY2022-23.• Co-ordination with various internals as well as external stakeholders for enhancement of existing product feature, customer journeys and security of channels.• Ensure compliance of various statutory guidelines including Digital Payment Security Policy of RBI• Manage the complete life cycle of the product starting from Business requirement finalization, understanding of the APIs, product development, User acceptance testing, Application security testing, roll out plan for end users, digital penetration of the digital products.• With Straight through process implementation of various functionalities of liability, asset and investment through mobile app, saved operational cost of the bank to the tune of more than 3000 man years.• Constant monitoring for uptime and latest cyber security trends for maintaining the uptime. Bank reported zero mobile banking frauds during the period.• Major projects handled - straight through Fixed deposit opening and closing, IPO Module, Smart investment, Insurance, Digital lending, Demat account opening, UPI , AI based customer enhancement, One view of all bank accounts in mobile app, In-App OTP (Softoken)

• Led the automation of key systems, including the Exposure Calculation System, Income Recognition and Asset Classification (IRAC) system and the Restructured Asset Classification (RAC) system at IDBI Bank. This led to automation of all important quarter and year-end financial reports and MOCs for audit purpose.• Played a pivotal role in ful automation of over 100 critical statutory returns, driving significant operational efficiency and compliance improvements for organisation.• Designed and developed MIS dashboard for all internal stakeholders to cater the adhoc MIS requirements and automating those reports subsequently.• Drive the project of Data dictionary, SOP for RBI returns automation and data cleansing project to maintain the data consistency across the organisation.
