• HR Program Roadmap Management and Tracking.• Business Case Analysis and Project Intake Documentation for HR Portfolios and Programs.• CWR and SOW management for projects with Milestone/T&B/Fixed Price Resources billing systems.• RFP/RFQ for Pilot Projects initiation including vendor management and supporting VMO.• Project tasks and activity management with work breakdown structure in Planview • HR Reporting using PowerBI.• UAT/E2E Integrations using JIRA.

• MIS Reporting – Preparing Annual Reports for Management including Revenue generated for the BFS Vertical along with the Average and Client wise Gross Margin, Direct cost and the DGM. Preparing Presentations and Graphically rich charts for better understanding.• Client Billing System (Beeline System) - Day to day CR request is raised with Beeline in SharePoint at Client location. Any Beeline budget issue is co-ordinated separately with respective Client Application Manager and Beeline representative keeping Project Manager in loop.• Revenue Forecasting, Budget Calculation - generating reports for monthly revenue, quarterly revenue and yearly revenue and sending these reports to Upper management.• Preparation of BCP report and conducting DR test across location (Mumbai, Pune and Chennai) send the same to the Internal ISG team and get the required approval before uploading it in the client portal. Inform client about the BCP Document and Test Result.• SVN / Share drive Artefacts Maintenance - Project Related and furnishing the same during IS Audits.• Utilization Gap Analysis – Preparation of GAP Analysis report to check for buffer consultants optimum Utilization and allocation to different Projects if needed.• Administrative support – Managing and co-ordinating with the Admin / Network / STG / RMG / ISG / HR / Infra team etc.• MSA and SOW Processing and Sign off including preparation of the document co-ordination with various teams for contract sign off -- getting sign off from customer for all the SOWs, getting approvals from the Finance team and getting DU level approvals.• RR/Opportunity Creation in CRM System.• T&B Submissions – Managing 30 Odd projects with more than 300+ consultants with respect to their proper billing and making necessary changes wherever needed.
