As part of Google Cloud Consulting, I've driven impactful results across project delivery, strategy, and operations. Currently, I'm part of a transformative program to optimize project delivery for our global consulting organization and partner network, where I've led the charge in using LLMs to develop reusable assets and delivery guidance. Previously, I successfully led the implementation of 10+ projects exceeding $7 million in value, delivering custom data solutions for some of Google Cloud's largest clients. I'm also an active member of a volunteer organization dedicated to fostering a positive and supportive team environment at Google Cloud, contributing to a culture of well-being.

During my time at Looker's Professional Services organization, I gained experience in all aspects of Looker implementation, from initial onboarding and training for startups like Bukalapak and Udemy, to leading larger-scale programs for enterprise clients across various industries. I've worked with prominent companies such as Fox Corporation, Walmart, Unity, Getty Images, and Twilio, honing my skills in technical consulting, data product development, and client management, ultimately transitioning to Delivery Management to have a greater impact on Looker's client success.

As a Principal Consultant at iOLAP, I led and managed teams of data engineers and analysts, collaborating with clients to define their needs and deliver custom data solutions that met their specific requirements. I played a key role in helping clients across various industries make data-driven decisions to improve their operations and achieve their business objectives.

After a successful career in data and analytics, I took a two-year sabbatical to explore the world, visiting 27 countries and documenting my experiences on my personal blog. During this time, I also completed Coursera's Big Data Specialization from UC San Diego, demonstrating my commitment to lifelong learning. I am now applying my passion for data and technology to a new chapter in my career in cloud technology.

As a Senior Consultant at iOLAP, I gained experience across all aspects of data and analytics projects, from requirements gathering and design to implementation and ongoing support. I worked with clients across a variety of industries, including retail (The Gap, Taco Bell), telco (AT&T), media (YellowPages.com), and airport operations (DFW Airport), using technologies like MicroStrategy, OBIEE, Tableau, Power BI, Amazon Redshift, Teradata, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and more. This experience allowed me to develop a deep understanding of data and analytics best practices and cultivate strong client relationships.

During my time as a Senior Programmer Analyst at Heartland Payment Systems, I managed the organization's Microsoft and MicroStrategy reporting environments on Windows and Linux servers. I collaborated with business leaders to define and document reporting and analytical requirements and developed a wide range of reports for a diverse audience using SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, and MicroStrategy. My experience at Heartland also deepened my understanding of data warehousing and data modeling principles, which I leveraged to improve data usability and performance for the organization.

At ARGO Data Resource Corporation, I played a key role in implementing custom software solutions for some of the world's largest financial institutions, including JP Morgan Chase, Jack Henry, and People's Bank. I led a team of up to 10 developers in the implementation of ARGO's teller platform for one of the country's largest regional banks, significantly enhancing their customer service and operational efficiency. I was promoted twice in three years and received ARGO's Extra Mile Award for outstanding performance, which is a testament to my strong leadership and collaborative skills.
