I am a seasoned Real Estate Broker with 21 years of experience in the real estate industry, focusing primarily on transaction management. I am consistently recognized for outstanding performance, customer service and experience, peer relations, and attention to detail. I am very well versed in transaction coordination and management, contract drafting, negotiation, market research, property management, client analysis and reporting for both residential and commercial properties. Additionally, my expert ability in planning and integrating new customer prospecting campaigns has helped to increase Coldwell Banker - Southlake’s acquisition rate each year. Through much hard work over the years, I have received many awards for my production including, International Presidents Circle, International Presidents Elite, Diamond Society and Top 1%.In my spare time, I am the bass player for the Dallas-area hair band tribute, Metal Shop.I volunteer my time as the Vice Chair and Secretary of the Board of Directors for a local nonprofit organization called Maker District. We are working to put tools and technology in the hands of the community and have a focus on economic development for small businesses, and education.When not working, I love spending time with my family, traveling, playing bass/guitar/drums, listening to music and going to the theater.
