Serves as a member of the Relational Giving team within the Development department of the Mission. Primarily responsible for the management of individual and mid-level donors through cultivating and stewarding relationships, soliciting for renewed and increased annual gifts, and reporting progress.

-Keeps Pablove’s marketing and communications initiatives strategic, on time, on budget, and on brand. -Leads project management and implementation of marketing initiatives between various departments and owns production. Monitors brand compliance across community and marketing partnerships;-Manages and develops a robust calendar of social media content, with consideration for both national and regional interests;-Functions as in-house graphic designer to produce collateral to execute campaigns;-Monitors social media metrics, email and direct marketing effectiveness, optimizes constituent lists, and measures click-to-open rates;-Manages a variety of brand merchandising, assets, and materials, online and offline, and updates as necessary based on latest trends and effectiveness;-Generates new ideas and strategies to leverage Pablove’s impact via storytelling across online + print channels;-Identifies and engages with media and corporate partners to support marketing engagement and initiatives;-In alignment with long-term strategic initiatives, raises brand awareness for Pablove on a national level.

-Oversaw the Center's membership programs, and managed a portfolio of several hundred donors of all giving levels for retention and upgradability - individually responsible for generating 725k in revenue annually, consistently exceeding goals;-Served as a primary point of entry for prospective donors, ambassadors, volunteers and community partners;-Designed, planned and executed monthly events of varying magnitudes, individually generating tens of thousands in new revenue;-Operated the Center’s direct mail, email, and social media campaigns related to membership acquisition and renewal;-Ensured Center members had quality interactions through programming, outreach, written and verbal communication, speaking engagements, social and activism activities, hosted tours of the facilities, and volunteer opportunities;-Elevated the Center brand through collaboration with many vendors, community partners and stakeholders in public-facing capacities.

-Administrated the department of 25+ people with revenue goals totaling over 25 million annually;-Managed daily operations, schedules, and key financial responsibilities including accounts payable;-Managed administrative components of the Center’s 5 year, +50 million dollar capital campaign;-Supported all Development fundraising endeavors, including AIDS/LifeCycle, a 7 day, 545 mile bike ride with 2,500 riders and a 500+ person support crew;-Provided excellent customer service and interpersonal interactions with all external and internal constituents to the department.

-Worked closely with Lea and her production team on her weekly radio show, Off the Record With Lea (Now Lea Unleashed);-Assisted Lea with various administrative tasks relating to her elected position of City Councilwoman;-Supported Lea in her philanthropic efforts for a variety of charities and state / local political campaigns;-Managed Lea’s daily schedule, and tracked and balanced her revenues and expenditures;Coordinated a staff of six on Lea’s personal estate.
