Leading the culinary operations of Broken Sound Club, one of Florida's most prestigious private clubs, is my current role as Executive Chef. I create innovative menus, manage food costs, ensure food safety, and lead a team of talented chefs and staff. With a Culinary Arts degree from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Orlando and more than 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have honed my skills in food preparation, catering, and hospitality. I have worked in various roles and cuisines, such as Executive Chef at The Boca Raton and Sous Chef at Patina Restaurant Group and American Express. I have a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests, and I am always eager to learn new techniques, explore new flavors, and collaborate with other professionals in the field. My goal is to elevate the culinary standards and reputation of Broken Sound Club, and to inspire and mentor the next generation of chefs.
