I am driven to learn and gain new experiences, I am happiest when working towards a new achievement; always looking for a new challenge has driven me to push myself in work and in my hobbies. I have completed my Undergraduate and Masters degrees did some teacher training and since completed over 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry. My love of learning is balanced with my desire to help and work with people and so teaching was a way to experience this and work on my presentation, planning and professional development. I intend to always grow, explore and develop. This drive has helped me become a confident, thoughtful and diverse worker; specialists can be indispensable but increasingly multidiscipline approaches and individuals are bridging gaps and causing innovation, and that is what I want to be part of. I have learnt a lot in the industry of cell and gene therapy and quality control. I have proven myself as a good communicator and facilitator organising myself and others across departments so its time for the next challenge, and become involved in more projects and put these skills to use. I apply this thinking to everything in my life, challenging myself with rock climbing and photography to test my fears and precision and work on areas I am not already talented at or experienced in which is why I have begun to learn Dutch and did a course in skiing because these are particularly challenging for me.
