Video Conferencing Technician
Current• Support and coordinate Videoconferencing, Web Conferencing, and Conference/Meeting support for the Centers for Disease Control • Provide pre-test services and assist with the setup of advanced videoconferencing equipment as well as bridge and conference service data management• Troubleshoot any problems occurring during conference meetings and restoring videoconferencing services in a timely manner• Multitask across several areas of the IT department including meeting support activities, management of Envision Schedule, help desk incident resolution and assisting with low volume PC help desk calls• Exhibit high level of customer service when interacting with multiple levels of management within the Centers for Disease Control• Offer customer assistance and instruction for setup and use of meeting equipment• Monitor the WAN for videoconferencing and data• Maintain databases used in LAN in monitoring, management, and troubleshooting
