I would have to say that the best part of my job is exploring and fulfilling the needs of our clients. Technology is changing at such a rapid rate today that it is increasingly difficult for companies to keep up. Tech companies that were exploding just a few years ago have disappeared from the landscape; replaced by new ones with new ideas. Those companies who have survived have found a way to adapt to this everchanging market. Salem Automation, Inc. falls into the latter group. For over 25 years they have automated manufacturing, virtualized/integrated legacy systems, and developed custom software solutions to keep businesses operating in the most cost-effective manner possible. So, when I ask a client what their needs are, I’m not only hoping to provide a solution, I’m looking to find out what their technology needs are going to be in the future!
