JT is a Staff Scientist at Electro Magnetic Applications, involved in the development and consulting use of the full-wave FDTD computational electromagnetic modeling (CEM) software EMC Plus and Charge Plus. He develops high-complexity models for military and commercial engineering tasks with a focus on full platform aerospace vehicles, performing simulations in lightning, HIRF, and EMP environments. Providing support throughout the entirety of design, testing, and certification processes, JT works closely with engineering groups to ensure goals are met and the value of analysis is realized. Modeling and simulation efforts include large-scale postprocessing efforts to provide data that allows clients to efficiently make design decisions with a high confidence for success.JT manages the development of the EMC Plus and Charge Plus Application Programming Interface (API), which extends the novel functionality of the software to user-friendly Python and C# environments. Building and managing the API includes frequent communication with the rest of the development team, active testing to ensure usability and functionality of API features, and detailed documentation efforts to allow end-users to efficiently perform programmatic electromagnetic tasks. JT is also part of the front-end development team, focusing primarily on developing features for the MHARNESS transmission line functionality within EMC Plus. He is actively involved in streamlining the ability of users to efficiently model complex cable harnesses to a high level of fidelity.Feel free to contact me at jtmillar2000@gmail.com
