• Oversaw $30 million capital campaign to build comprehensive arts campus in downtown OKC, as well as fund development efforts to support the $5 million annual operating budget with a staff of four. • Promoted Oklahoma Contemporary to the community and media outlets, and educate the public on the importance of arts education, especially for children in under-served communities.

• Managed the daily operations of a housing rehabilitation and neighborhood revitalization agency that repaired 250 homes per year and engages more than 2,000 volunteers annually. • Developed social entrepreneurship effort to raise new revenue by rehabbing foreclosed homes to sell to low- and moderate-income homeowners. Revenue generated went back into mission.• Led agency restructure built on evidence, best practices, and input from employees to more effectively serve our community and reach more households.• Designed and implemented the agency’s first disaster response efforts following the federally declared disasters in May 2013, which included major and minor repairs to 45 homes and completely rebuilding six homes destroyed during the tornadoes.

• Led strategic planning for the WestTown Resource Center, an unprecedented effort to create a complete system of care for homeless families, including many partner agencies working in an integrated manner under one roof.• Wrote and managed three federal homeless family programs with annual budgets totaling $640,000, including six paid staff members and representatives from ten partner agencies.• Promoted the Homeless Alliance to the community and media outlets, and educated the public on the issue of homelessness through presentations and the written word.• Headed human resources efforts, including crafting agency’s policies and procedures manual and enacting an employee assistance program.
