Dedicated leader in providing service functions to support the general safety of the Synagogue. Duties included:• Oversee and provide direction for major security related projects and physical security technologies including but not limited to; various card key access systems, alarm systems, video surveillance systems, security services, IT and data security systems, and various other related systems• Teamed with administration departments and external groups to effectively resolve security related issues• Interpret security laws, regulations, and contract requirements; directs subordinates in enforcing compliance; and maintains relationships with law enforcement, regulatory agencies, and other issuers of security requirements

Worked within the community to serve, protect and maintain law and order, protect the public and their property, prevent crime, and improve the quality of life of Maricopa citizens.

Supervised patrol operations for the Paramount School District, which included overseeing more than twenty (20) personnel responsible for securing over fifteen (15) locations and installations. Developed and implemented staff written standards, security functions and regulated training procedures.• Determining risk management and proactively ensuring company compliance with local, state and federal guidelines as related to emergency and security.• Effective and frequent communication with local law enforcement.• Responsible for the training and coordination of work schedules of all security personnel, which helped to ensure a secure environment of sites and included advising staff on security policy, long planned objectives and best practices.
