Guarantee the optimal functioning of the RI service, for Roamers in and Roamers out. Handle the different software applications to monitor the signaling channels and the performance of the service.Establish and maintain the multiple relationships with contractors and mobile operators to achieve controls, SLA´s for the improvement of the network performance.Planning, Execution and control the different projects of the area, designed to increase capacity, relation between operators, upgrade of the complete network environment and to develop better processes that lead to improve the quality of service.

Control and operate the Mobile Access Network, through the preventive and corrective maintenance and the attention of emergencies that had occurrence for the Access and core network, transport platforms (Satellite, Microwaves, Optical Fiber, MPLS, IP Network, Wireless Network among others). Lead the contractors in the development of the daily activities of the area from different points of action.

Supervise and audit the installation of OPGW cable made on the high voltage network, watching for the correct procedures and tools used for the process, according with the Technical specification provided for the cable manufacturer. Verify the optical fiber joints, to guarantee optimal loss levels, so the signal transmitted had a very good quality.Structure, present and justify to the high management levels daily, weekly and monthly reports about the Project progress, Handling of the different materials used and the meeting goals according to the stablished timetable.Control the Budget of the Project concerning to the cable used, employees and requirements for the fiber joints.Manage the Work teams (Local and Foreign), which made the installation process of the OPGW.Manage the communities, and negotiate with them the work that was supposed to be done in their premises.

Design and supervise the installation of coaxial cable and optical fiber networks, installed for the Company contractors along the city, making the analysis of installation drawings before and after the installation.Coordinate and negotiate the sites procurements for the installation or construction of wiring closets, or any other civil adequacy that operation need.
