- Structure and maintain the Department's Web Site.- Research, organize, and categorize the information on topics such as treatment, diagnosis, prevention, control and strategic plans for Latin-America countries. - Updating the PAHO's Epidemiological Alerts website and dissemination of the Regional Outbreaks.- Provide support, maintenance, and guidance on SharePoint as needed.

Provide web support for the maintenance of the portal Dominicanaonline. Create, update and add new web page content to the portal, research topics such as culture, health issues, and social projects for the Dominican Republic community for the daily news section of the portal.Maintain the database, create and manipulate image and graphics (Photoshop), administer FTP-File Transfer Protocol system, and create Flash animation for photo galleries, CSS and JavaScript codes.

Participated in redesigning and redeveloping the Inter-American Agency for Cooperation and Development - IACD's web site, researched and added new information and data on social projects to the database feeding the web site; maintained and updated the web site using Macromedia products.Researched and categorized information on topics such as distance education, health, social projects and democracy issues for the Educational Portal of the Americas.Developed several areas of the OAS' website, including web pages on "Government Practices in Latin America", E-government, and restricted areas of the IACD's web sites, including forums and site contents. The content of the latter focuses on issues such as promoting horizontal cooperation public-private partnerships, and executing projects sponsored by the Agency.

Trained and advised at the Programa Muchacho Trabajador's staff on various computers programs, including MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, among others; also provided other computer, technical and non-technical program support for the program, which specializes in carrying out social projects.Taught three classes of 20 disadvantaged students each to use the computer itself, as well as MS Office programs, e-mail, the internet, and web site design using HTML Code, Front Page, Dreamweaver and Flash for 3D animation. Participated in designing and implementing the Programa Muchacho Trabajador web site.
