I became a member of the RPS School Council in 2011 and was elected Vice-President in 2013.

In my role of Director of Education, I led a staff of 25. We were responsible for managing and administering the Specialist Medical Training Program; all assessment, course structure, oversight and accreditation. Founded and established an innovative academy for teenage ski and snowboard racers who had been identified as part of the Australian elite athlete pathway. The Academy students partook in a full boarding experience. Training and continuing their schooling via on-line distance learning for 4 months of the year at Mt Buller in Australia and 4 months in Valmorel, France. Over 50% of the participants progressed to International FIS standard, and one has competed in two Winter Olympics. Numerous others represented Australia in the youth and junior ranks. I was responsible for the concept and realisation of the vision, all business related P&L, risk and program oversight.
