Starting in July of 1994 was assigned to Baxter Healthcare Corporation Environmental, Health and Safety Department’s BaxHealth Computer System Project.Project Management: Responsible for overall team coordination and customer interface. Team size varied from 2 to 4 onsite and up to 15 offshore. Communicated with all levels of client management via both written and oral communication.Database Administrator: Created and maintained the most comprehensive database of facilities at Baxter. Many other organizations within the company requested copies of this information.Training: Provided comprehensive skills-based training to new and existing users. Emphasis placed on explaining how the software will help improve their EHS performance. Both Baxter and Allegiance have consistently recognized the training as among the most valuable and effective at the annual conferences.

Programmed using mainframe Assembler and C for the Data Communications group. Helped successfully implement, on schedule and on budget, the new company-wide payroll system using mainframe Cobol. From June 1988 to December 1988, I acted in a consulting capacity at STS.
