As the manager of Operations Support, I lead the team responsible for supporting and delivering CampusGuard services including online training, vulnerability scanning, and the CampusGuard Central® portal. With over 15 years of experience in information security awareness training, I am also the Product Lead for CampusGuard’s online training services. As a Senior Customer Relationship Manager for a limited number of customers, my role is to assist organizations with their information security and compliance programs and am responsible for coordinating the various teams involved.

As a Senior Customer Relationship Manager, I am the primary customer liaison and responsible for coordinating the delivery of compliance and IT security services, defining project scope and goals, and strategizing with clients to generate creative solutions for compliance challenges.

We work with customers to identify gaps when compared to the PCI DSS, define the scope of work required in order to become compliant, assist with the remediation processes by providing plans, host an online portal for SAQ management, and provide scans / tests to verify customer compliance.
