· Keeping contact with the managers of the designated BU, discussing and addressing organizational needs, issues, and working out plans in line with the BU’s business strategy· Being pro-active to HR-related issues and suggesting solutions to specific personnel problems· Cooperating with HR experts – HR colleagues in Recruitment & Attraction, Labour & Compensation, and Learning & Development –, regularly providing them with all necessary information for their work, and seeking to obtain the appropriate expert’s support· Making sure that all HR guidelines, regulations, HR programs and processes are properly communicated to the staff members of the designated BU (primary trough TL's)· Advocating and further strengthening that all central HR programs are implemented and followed to the greatest extent in the designated Business Unit· Monitoring indicators of BU-related staff fluctuation, reviewing exit interviews, and giving feedback to managers· Supporting the BU managers in enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement· Supporting the BU managers in calibrating pay levels and salary increases· Addressing BU-related organizational effectiveness issues and suggesting solutions· Monitoring career development programmes, skills development, and succession planning in the designated BU· Consulting with the BU managers to support performance management processesParticipating in all BU-related leader and team meetings, presenting current HR topics, and answering HR-related questions
