Primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations of HMS. Coordinate, monitor, prepare and manage EAP services for contracted corporations. Responsible for sales, marketing and presentation of HMS services to interested employers. Responsible for direct supervision of HMS staff. Provide evaluations, assessments, brief therapy and referrals for employees of contracted corporations. Design and present training workshops on a wide variety of topics as requested. Perform crisis intervention and supervision for all on-call staff

Responsibilities include business development, sales and marketing, and corporate training. Business development encompasses the retention of over 70 client companies, generating new clients, and assessing client needs and providing services and resources to assist managers and employees in meeting those needs. Sales are generated through cold calling, organizational networking, and partnership programs. I am responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to reach new markets. As a corporate trainer I educate companies on soft skills, policy development, leadership development, and diversity training.
