Nimsoft became part of the Agile Operations BU of CA Technologies. Getting to work for one of the largest firms in the world and with some of the best professionals in the field is an extremely rewarding and inspiring experience. I am truly thankful for this opportunity to help make the world a better place. During this period, I continued on within a focused Education role and co-managed a team of more than a dozen partners to help develop and deliver education worldwide.

Indicative was merged with Nimsoft, a company based in Redwood City, CA. The marriage of the two entities was great and Nimsoft was positioned very well for the future. Personally, I worked closely with members of every aspect of the organization to direct the Customer facing education efforts for the company while performing Implementation Assistance and Professional Services to some really awesome groups. Closely helped coordinate and MC several iterations of our user conference, "nFluence" reaching several hundred customers directly every year.

Accepted a position with Indicative Software to become a split position trainer/technical consultant beginning in early July 2007 and quickly assumed Managerial role over customer-facing enablement and education company-wide. Expanded upon an already quality base of technical documentation and information while creating value for end users and customers through my delivery of customer-centric insights and knowledge of Indicative's products and tools.

Promoted to Network Administration and Support team, co-managed eCommerce Infrastructure and application management, recently given charge of initiative and matured role beyond simple availability monitoring to full on end user experience enhancement. Quickly cultivated and matured interpersonal relationships with associates and executives alike. Honed my technical trouble shooting abilities daily while being directly involved in new projects like Six Sigma, eCommerce monitoring, and other initiatives. I was able to eventually assume responsibility for the entire eCommerce and Infrastructure monitoring initiative for RLI. I grew the role to include communication of end user enhancing and performance tuning to aid RLI in delivering highly reliable, efficient Insurance Web Applications. Worked closely with application development leaders, and was crucial to weaving monitor-ability into RLI’s SDLC from inception.
