I am a HR professional with significant experience in a corporate environment. I have strong skills in Compliance and Regulatory matters as well Project Management and Process Improvement. I successfully implemented the new Regulated Senior Managers Regime into the business including the creation of a “Fit and Proper Program” for our Senior Executives as well as the adoption of the new Regulatory Reference processI created and maintained critical Policies and Procedures required within HR for the business and I was also the subject matter expert supporting with multiple annual audits from Regulators as well as External Auditors resulting in high levels of compliance.I was the Operational Risk champion for the HR function ensuring the business HR team understood and adhered to regulatory requirements.
