Community Care Advocate
Current-Referring employees for work-life, financial, legal, and basic needs support-Connecting employees with local and national resources through consultations and referral lists-Collaborating with internal care teams to assist employees in need of emergency funding and resources-Providing consultation on navigating mental health resources and workplace benefits-Assisting in linking employees to mental health treatment options and community resources-Documenting and tracking metrics/outcomes for social work involvement and referrals-Advocating for health and wellbeing goals and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion-Developing trust with team members through support and advocacy for health and wellbeing goals
