CurrentAs co-owner of The Hotel Network my role encompasses a broad range of skills, from Human Resourcing to Sales to Event Management.As the co-ordinator of Human Resources I handle the company's recruitment and staff management, along with administering payroll and superannuation. I have utilised my sales and marketing background to manage the company's marketing and communications, maintain the company's client database, write blogs, newsletters and handle all the company's campaign management.One of my major achievements for The Hotel Network was establishing it's conference and event management component of the business which incorporated the handling of clients, logistics, registrations and hotel rooming lists. This part of the business has grown from strength to strength and is now managed by our very competent staff, attaining a great reputation within the industry. I am also an Advisory Group member.
