I’ve been through English-language newsrooms, Ukraine’s election campaigns both from a running political party and international observers, web-solutions, advertising and marketing, constantly dealing with Ukrainian/English translations.Now I faced volunteering and logistics since the war began in Ukraine. My first task was to link the State Regional Administration with donors abroad to deliver 148 vials of fast acting insulin. The second task was to link the same company with Ukraine’s Health Ministry to deliver a batch of 2000 vials to Lviv. We supplied people in Chernigiv, Kharkiv and Bucha (some of the cities that took huge damage) with medicine and gear for territorial defence units. I also participated in translating instruction for rangefinder manuals. I’ve helped Ukraine’s Health Ministry to supply insuline, helped buying and personally imported tourniquets from USA via Hungary, worked with international media to cover car4ukraine.com activity to attract international donations, etc. I was recently adopted as a Canine Companions volunteer in Ohio, USA, doing some remote communications.
