In this role, I primarily capture, create, and oversee content and strategy for the social media platforms and emailed newsletter. I have improved engagement, organizational awareness, and can track growth to ticket sales and volunterism.In addition to social media, I created the study guide for 'The Mountaintop' for educators and students ahead of the school tour that wrapped on February 9th 2023. I am also the coordinator for the Southeast Texas New Plays Festival for the third year in a row and have seen growth in submissions and attendance every year.

As the Continuing Education Coordinator, I operate within the higher education structure and collaborate closely with industry to bring in-demand certifications and skills to the community. I regularly research training opportunities, hire and manage staff's of qualified instructors, coordinate classes (including creating the groundwork for courses in adherence to education laws and LIT standards, scheduling rooms, marketing, ordering classroom materials, and more), manage grants of $100,000 a year for educational programing, and look for innovative ways to reach new students through partnerships.
