I work to bring together people and processes into an efficient flow with my guiding lights of customer needs and product quality.I have led several product integrity teams (including offshore), and have been the technical lead in digital transformations and overhauls of business operations for the broader organization. I am an expert at recruiting and retaining talent, and am the go-to for any technical hiring panel. I believe that design for reliability needs to be a mantra, a way of life, for businesses to be truly customer-centric. People buy once for the price, but they become customers for life because of the quality. By integrating those processes early into the product life cycle, we ingrain that quality into our design, our manufacturing processes, and our field support. I am a seasoned technical lead and TPM, a stickler for documentation and communication, and am big-picture focused with an eye for the details. I can flow between hands-on work and executive meetings with ease.I bring measurable changes to the bottom-line by increasing overall quality, lowering RMAs, and improving traceability of materials, issues, and improvements. I find issues early, resolve them and communicate the fix and implementation plan with a view of full transparency and a continuous push towards improvement.
