My responsibilities include: curriculum planning, e-learning design and build, educational video production, creation of digital learning tools, LMS and e-commerce management and online learning development.

I instruct group yoga classes at all three locations of the Sports Club (Simpsonville, Congaree/Greenville and Fiveforks). Classes include: yoga, basic yoga, intermediate yoga, advanced yoga, power yoga, vinyasa yoga and restorative yoga. Namaste!

As a volunteer in this role, I developed and managed monthly programs for the local Upstate SC CSCMP Roundtable.

In 2011, I completed an RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) training program certified by the Yoga Alliance with the guidance and leadership of Allison Lindquist, owner of 90 Degrees Yoga. Since, I have been leading group hot yatra yoga sessions (a combination of Baptiste, Bikram, Iyengar and Ashtanga with a focus on strength, endurance, restoration and meditation).

Developed internal training programs, communicated and implemented best practices and improvement initiatives within several operations in the North Americas. In order to truly understand how to improve the business, I became involved in many different functional areas including quality, operations, human resources, industrial design, operations management, ISO compliance auditing and foreign trade zone activation. Not only did I develop and instruct Lean Six Sigma and quality training courses for employees at our corporate Center for Excellence, but I also put theory to practice by leading on site Kaizen events.

As training manager and later, senior web and marketing specialist for Hubbell Lighting, I focused on training our national sales team as well as their customer base through field training and IES certified online training courses while managing a web based training, gainsharing, marketing and sales portal for IMARK, a distinguished buying group within the electrical industry. In this role, I also was responsible for developing marketing communication material and creating/launching web based training programs using Articulate software through BlueVolt LMS. Often my duties required leading multi-departmental project teams, allowing me to work on a variety of different tasks including website development, corporate tax incentive research and mult-brand marketing.

As an instructor at Hope Academy, I helped integrate special learners with typical learners in the same classroom through careful instruction and counseling.

My duties included assisting and leading sailing instruction for College of Charleston students as well as Patriots Point Marina patrons (both classroom curriculum and hands on instruction in the port of Charlston, SC)

While an undergraduate student at the College of Charleston, I co-founded and acted as the Vice President of the American Cancer Society campus charter. During this time, I created and implemented fundraising strategies and organized volunteer efforts at the Hope Lodge and various other community held ACS events. I also hosted and spoke at numerous campus awareness events and exhibits. While this was not a paying job, the experience taught me sales and marketing techniques, leadership development, how to show compassion for others, the importance of community involvement and awareness, technical writing skills, confidence, to speak in front of large crowds, to manage a budget and how to set goals and track success.

My duties as an assistant store manager at Winning Ways Soccer Store were to open and close the store, register youth recreational and travel teams soccer players, assist customers with team uniform purchase and specialty athletic shoe selection, create and design apparel logo's and inventory control.
