Working within the talent acquisition team, I was responsible for creating programs to enhance the employee experience, maximise team efficiencies and support the business to source and secure talent.

Accountable for all aspects of IBM's Enterprise Registered Training Organisation including coaching and assessing students, awarding qualifications, marketing and meeting all ASQA regulartory requirements. While in this role, I reduced operation costs by 50% and course completion rates increased from 50% to 80%.

Working locally and across Asia Pacific, I was responsible for designing and implementing employee onboarding learning programs and programs to encourage deployment of resources between IBM's high-growth businesses.

Working within the workforce management team, I co-ordinated permanent and contracting resources for the consulting business in Australia. I was also responsible for the implementation of recruitment CRM tools and all programs associated with internal business controls.
