Community Technology Associate InternDev/MissionJanuary 2023 - PresentThe Community Technology Associate (CTA) program is Dev/Mission's innovative technical support program that will provide affordable housing residents with free assistance and digital literacy training.As a CTA intern, I will be working directly with Dev/Mission to provide IT support to residents in the community while pursuing the Google IT certification.Responsibilities:-Provide tech support to low-income families and host digital literacy training sessions to educate residents about technology.-Offer one-on-one troubleshooting to address resident issues, questions, and concerns regarding software or hardware.-Support Dev/Mission "Refurba-A-Thon" Events to refurbish and distribute computers/laptops/accessories.

Picked the correct items which customers ordered, worked fast yet carefully to gather groceries and organized groceries in paper bags.

Restocked store items, cleaned and organized each department, helped other team members restock items, helping customers with any questions.

Worked a team to help and sell car parts to customers. Learned more about cars, practiced public speaking, and money management.

Organized departments, helped customers find store items, and worked with partners to complete certain tasks.
