I’m experienced in shooting, editing and live gallery producing for entertainment shows, docs, drama, news and music promos.     Developing and commissioning eyecatching campaigning tools on global issues for international distribution. Managing a team of 5 and a budget of £30,000 I enjoyed devising promos, films and podcasts that make Amnesty's issues unmissable.I developed communications strategies on a variety of issues, working alongside the specialist teams for each subject. I produced materials to reach and motivate audiences of old and new supporters through broadcast media, social media and print. I also developed AV communications plans for the 50th anniversary year, helping to promote campaign objectives on specific issues and create the maximum coverage through media worldwide.Having re-organised the AV team at the start of the year, I worked on several mass mobilization initiatives, including educational dvd’s and promotional virals in French, Spanish, Arabic and English for the South African World Cup 2010, staging an international press event for theAnnual Report, creating integrated communications products for the Letter Writing Marathon (resulting in successes on 5 of the 10 featured cases) and I worked on 2 major anti-poverty campaigns to help bring global pressure for women’s rights in Nicaragua and-poverty corporateabuses in Nigeria

    Developed and produced promos for the international charity to encourage fundraising for clean, safe water and sanitation across the world. I followed young activists from the UK on a week long tour of Zambia as they investigated issues for the Zambians living in remote villages as well as in slums in the centre of the capital. Including footage shot by them I produced 2 promos aimed specifically at London schools, and strategized a media and twitter campaign based on one of the individuals involved.

    Created a weekly, as-live, magazine style, youth tv series for national broadcast in Cambodia. Managed and trained a team of 30 on a budget of $100,000 to put together the first show of its kind in the country. Strategised with the project manager to integrate 360 degree radio, online and mobile platforms aligned to the communications goals and make jaw-dropping, irrestistibly hip programmes featuring music, debates, games, drama and news. Our bi-weekly roadshows drew crowds from across the country with events, music and performances. Set up all production, studio and post-production facilities and trained staff personally.     Working with contributors ranging from residents to housing associations I spent an extraordinary 6 months making 2 hour-long shows featuring the presenter couple as they attempting to revitalize a notorious Glasgow housing estate. Helped develop the community based campaign within the housing estate as well as a media plan to bring awareness of the issues into the mainstream press. The estate built a new youth club, ran competitions to bring residents together to redesign their streets and worked on models provided by UK housing action group ‘Shelter’.
