Someday I hope to share my story with young people trying to "figure it out." If I were to say anything today, it would be this:Your career can evolve. Work experiences build on one another even if the roles are completely different. Try things out, be curious, develop new skills, be eager to learn. One day you might blink and end up in a role or career that you never expected.I can say confidently that I did not know what a Technical Recruiter was until I became one. When I was interviewing for Implementation, I had to ask during my interview process, "What is implementation?" With each experience, I confirmed my likes and dislikes. Now I get to challenge myself as a Project Manager by working with software developers and engineers. I get to learn how great apps are built and have daily conversations about it. I get to learn what breaks apps, create a plan, and support the team for making apps better. Who knew this could be me? Even I could not have!
