A startup focused on the development of products and services for the efficient use of energy resources.• Approved and coordinated a R&D project (R$ 3.8 million) in partnership with the Companhia Energética de Minas Gerais (CEMIG), the Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Minas Gerais (CEFET-MG) and the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG) to industrialize and produce a pioneer batch of a patent licensed by the company (PI07055692).• Developed 4 commercial products from the technological platform (patent).• Led a multifunctional team of 25 to develop, produce, and install the products in 42 buildings and industries.• Designed and implemented the manufacturing process and the supply chain, transposing the productive capacity from laboratory to industrial scale and reducing product cost.
