Efficiently meet daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly deadlines within a fast-paced and dynamic environment• Maintain productive working relationships with Sales Representatives for the success of our business• Partnering with the sales team to ensure the sales order process is being handled smoothly from beginning to end• Champion the order management process while maintaining the accuracy of data sales and customer files• Ensure the orders, costs, and invoices are accurately entered into the business systems• Responsible for the sales invoice process for the Automated Systems department & Storage Systems Group• Approve all supplier invoices and confirm that invoice contains correct JDE PO# as required for AP to process for payment• Responsible for processing invoices, adding new equipment form to JDE for new unit sales and maintaining all sales and accounting documentation

Provide timely and efficient administrative and marketing support to senior management and the marketing department with a focus on generating leads for Beneteau sailboats and Lagoon Catamarans• Coordinate, develop and produce marketing collateral, including website pages, sell sheets, signage and product listings in alignment with Manufacturer, Dealer and Company requirements.• Create and maintain Social Media pages, including regular postings and updating of Facebook pages, Company website and industry/association portals with new/used product listings.• Update customer database and manage all lead generation activities through Salesforce.• Communicate with both clients and prospects in a professional and knowledgeable manner, identifying their needs and referring them to the Sales Manager for further product discussion.• Develop product listing (features & benefits) for used sail/powered boats; select and place ads with relevant advertising media, including the Canadian Yachting Association.• Assist in planning and coordinating equipment/exhibits for Boat Shows across Canada and theU.S.• Manage the Customer Service Desk at Boat Shows and represent the Company in an effective manner, building relations with attendees, answering questions and providing product information.• Plan and coordinate boat demonstrations with staff and prospects and participate in test sails.• Create Competitive & Marketing Strategies for public groups on a weekly basis, as well as organizing and hosting online Webinars and group discussions to promote Company services.Maintain current product knowledge by participating in Beneteau and other Dealer webinars
