About Julie Webster

I have post graduate training in supervision and particularly enjoy working with people in health and caring professions. Offering a client focused approach to supervision away from KPIs.My work at present is focused on rapid response work for Converge International. This involves working with employees experiencing critical incidents such as death or suicide of a colleague.I have been particularly busy in the health sector since Covid-19 supporting staff with the additional stress experienced in these work places. Over the past several years, I have worked with a wide range of clients in various counselling settings. I have experience working with children, adolescents and families experiencing a range of issues including trauma, depression, anxiety, family difficulties such as divorce and loss, grief and loss, and relationship challenges.
