Represent and advocate for clients needing special education services throughout Chicagoland, including eligibility determinations, IEP meetings, manifestation determinations, mediations and due process hearings. Obtain guardianships when appropriate in Probate Court in Cook, Lake, DuPage, McHenry, Kane and Bureau counties.

• Represent 100+ clients ranging in age from 0 to 21 years old in all phases of child protection litigation, state administrative proceedings, chancery hearings, mediations and Chicago and suburban school hearings, including thousands bench trials and substantive motions• Office-wide Domestic Violence and Human Trafficking Prevention Coordinator• Draft motions, orders, memoranda and client letters• Extensive field work covering the Chicagoland area• Coordinate and present office trainings to 10 to 150 attorneys• Supervise and mentor new attorneys and law clerks• Supervise junior trial attorneys
