I am a leader, manager, and problem solver. I leave processes an organizations better than when I found them. Over the past decade I have managed and developed hundreds of goal oriented people, travelled globally to provide face to face counseling, and have been sought out for professional counseling. As I leave my organization after 32 years I look forward to moving into a new career where I can positively impact and take to the next level. I am loyal and compassionate as well as firm and fair when needed. My leadership philosophy has always been "Take care of your people and your people will take care of the mission!"I am very interested in staying connected with the military and military families, however, I am open to change so law enforcement or homeland security also interests me. I am engaged, perceptive, and would enjoy serving with an organization of selfless service to their community!
