During the work in IBM, I provide technical support to the Big Four Banks include ICBC and BOC, the services encompass maintance of Z mainframes, IBM storages and Brocade fabric switch.My daily work is to ensure the stable operation of data center, and maintain customer relationship.Also include the installation and update of Z series,the installation and update of DS8K series,the installation and update of Brocade switch,writing service report and critical incident report, perform other related duties assigned by management.do the latest technical training to customers,Participated in a series of training, such as channel problem determination, IBM Z systems.Participated in ICBC A-A cutover and BOC disaster drill .

From 2014.7 to 2014.12, I work as a trainee in Hi-Target Company, my position is technical support engineer, mainly responsible for the installation of underwater sonar, answering and customer training.Participated in the installation of ADCP current meter in Xu Zhou.Participated in the training project of multi beam sonar in Tianjin Oilfield.
