*Assists in monitoring laboratory quality management system and activities. *Assists in system implementation, records maintenance, document versions control and distribution. *Competency in laboratory tests, test methods and laboratory management and reporting system. *Supervise Inter-Laboratory Comparison programs.*Assists in managing internal quality audits, non-conformance on Corrective Action Requests and potential non-conformance on Preventive Action Requests.

-Managing complaints from customers/complainants.-Carry out in-depth investigation findings for all complaints and gathered information to support justification.-Provide effective and transparent resolution to customer,analytic skills needed.-Report writing for every complaint cases with the chronology and details.-Monitoring TAT (Turn around Time) for each cases and report to manager.-Effective communication with customers/complainants via telecommunications or face to face communication.- PCE & CEILLI

- Handling incoming calls and assisting customer enquiries or requests- Expedite cases to relevant department and follow up cases (email related) - Make outbound calls to follow up with customers - Administrative tasks such as scanning, printing and mailing

. Handling multi languages calls and solving customer’s enquiries and requests - Assist customers in solving problem related to telecommunication issues. - Reporting to Manager - Follow up and expedite cases to related departments

- Administrative work (data entry, meeting minutes and reporting)- Sites Visiting General computer knowledge: Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Probling and Problem Solving skills, Critical Thinking- Research and Development assistant

- Conduct simple soil test in Laboratory- Data collection and data analysis - Data entry and data checking (Microsoft Excel and Word)
