Talent Acquisition Specialist
CurrentTalent Acquisition -•Managing a large portfolio of contingent roles across the bank. • Developing strong relationships with Westpac Management, providing exceptional business support (recruitment processes, compliance and using Westpac’s HR system.)•Gain market intelligence to assist Hiring Managers to make well informed decisions. •Work with Hiring Managers to identify workforce planning strategies, •Conducting Job briefs with external suppliers and providing clear guidelines on pay rates & contract terms •Preparing employment offers •Ensuring contractor compliance, •Providing training to new suppliers on the Westpac HR system and processes. •Provide advice on parameters around hiring, legislation, working rights/visa’s, requisitions, onboarding and offboarding, contractor care meetings, entitlements, interpreting employment offers/award.HR Projects- •Identifying process gaps within current processes. •Creating improved supporting documentation and processes to streamline work within the team. •Reviewing project requirements, collaborate with teams to gain necessary information and evaluating the impact on current processes.•Coordinate work and delegate where possible to other team members to ensure the project is completed by the required deadline. •Continuous process improvement, updating operational documentation and materials. •The ongoing review of project efficiency.System Implementation Testing – UAT/ PIV•Working with the Westpac HR System team to implement enhancement opportunities. •Enhancing complex CSP changes to ensure compliance and the management of risk.•Complete UAT testing on a monthly basis. •Manage enhancement requests for the contingent workforce, updates and prioritising.•Complete PIV Testing post implementation to ensure there are no impacts to existing processes. •Identify risks and ensuring steps are taken to modify the changes to ensure risks are addressed immediately. •Present all system changes to the team.
