As the Project Director, I lead and oversee a significant international initiative fostering diplomatic Track 1.5/II dialogues and strengthening bilateral relations between Afghanistan and Pakistan. Responsible for managing and conducting high-profile policy dialogues, I collaborate with key stakeholders, including the official representatives of the Pak and Afghan governments, businesspersons, religious scholars, and Tribal leaders of both countries. Guiding the entire project life cycle, I ensure efficient implementation in line with program quality standards and donor requirements. My role involves strategic communication and media advocacy, overseeing the production and broadcasting of radio shows, TV programs, and digital videos while providing leadership in content creation. Additionally, I manage operational aspects, mitigate risks, collaborate with partner organizations, and engage with parliamentary committees to support project activities. Serving as a crucial liaison with donors, I oversee reporting systems and facilitate effective communication between donor representatives and project partners. Overall, I play a central role in driving the project's success through strategic leadership, coordination, and comprehensive oversight.
